We ordered our pick wick knotty pine boards in mid June of 2020 and it is August of 2020 and we still did not receive them. They were shipped from Massachusetts to Minnesota and declared lost by UPS. This company has terrible customer service. People are not returning phone calls or getting back to us in a timely manner. The man who sold us the boards switched departments and our messages did not get through or transferred to someone who would help. One man told us that we would not get our money back for shipping. We haggled with UPS even though we did not pay ups. Stonewood Products paid a Logistics company (Coyote Logistics) out of Chicago to ship the product. This company hired UPS. The Logistics company received a refund from UPS. But we haven’t seen a dime of our money back or any replacement boards or anything. My contractor left. Our Kitchen ceiling is still exposed. I am beyond frustrated with this company and would NEVER recommend them. A delivery that was promised two weeks after ordering still hasn’t made it here.

Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 11/12/2020 This company literally does not deliver (pun intended)!! Can you believe a business in the northeast is not prepared to deliver if there's precipitation??? We had been waiting for an order of wood flooring to be delivered. There were many problems completing the order as they are out of one thing or another. Finally, the call comes that our much modified order has arrived and we make arrangements to be home to accept delivery. After more than an hour past delivery we called and were told it would be even later in the day. After waiting the entire day Stonewood calls to say the delivery can't be made with the rainshower and not the next day either because it called for rain. Had we know all of the difficulty Stonewood would have on an order and delivery we would have gone elsewhere or, had they informed us up front of their problems, we could have alerted our contractors and been more prepared. Shop elsewhere!

This is a very irresponsible company that does not furfill orders, does not communicate well, tried to get you to switch your order to something they have, and disappear when you say you'd like to cancel and get your money back. A bunch of empty promises bordering on flat out lies regarding order progress and at the end of the day nothing. A waste of time.

Ordered 150 16 foot boards, received 170 14 foot boards. I wish someone would've called to tell me these weren't 16. Too many delays from wood developing gray mold to the driver forgetting he had a 10 hour stop... Now that they have our money cant get anyone to answer the phones. Not happy but cant get anyone on the phone to fix the problem. Waiting on the wood shipment put us 5 days behind schedule. Here's to 11k and the loss of what would've been a repeat customer

I bought some 1400 reclaimed granite posts from the Mashpee store and was disappointed to find that one of the four sides on only one post was flattened/polished (see pictures). This side was on the bottom during purchase and delivery and I felt like someone should have given me the heads up as I indicated what I was using them for and needed two matching posts for the end of the driveway. Admittedly, I very naively assumed that they would both look the same on all sides and shame on me for not confirming that somehow. I also don't think they intentionally misled me, just weren't familiar with the inventory. Fast forward to the day they have to be put in the ground and my contractor is as surprised and disappointed as I was to see the one side when picking them up with the bobcat. After some back and forth with the manager at the store I was less than impressed with his efforts to make the situation right. I decided to give them another opportunity to make me a satisfied customer and emailed them with my experience that night before posting my more negative review publicly. Jason got back to me right away and Dave called me the following day to arrive to an amicable resolution. They are going to cover the estimate I got to have the side resurfaced by a monument/gravestone company to try to match. That additional effort to make me whole again earned my business moving forward and although I wasn't impressed with the local manager, I can attest that Jason and Dave are stand up guys and care about the customer.
