All-Test was the only to answer at 11pm, and showed up exactly when they said they would in Kentucky. Neil and Mark were professional and personable, and explained everything in understandable terms. They were able to identify, fix, and add surge protection to prevent more problems for our small business. I would recommend All-Test for anyone who needs electrical work.
