Tracy provided AWESOME customer service!!! We were waiting at the Honda dealer as the Honda dealer was figuring out what was wrong with our vehicle. Tracy picked us up so we could test drive two Nissan Rogues. We bought one and the process was smooth as silk. Back on the road to MN in no time. We are from KC.
