This was one of the most disappointing experiences. They claimed to be open from 12-6 on Sunday, and I came at 12:15 to look for an earring that I desperately needed. I waited for over an hour while the doors were locked and all the lights were on. Nobody ever came. I also watched as other little girls who wanted their ears pierced and people came to try to look for jewelry with no luck. Terrible terrible service, and this store must not care about its customers or what they claim as opposed to how they want to run their business. If they do no want to be open, either say it somewhere or don’t run a business. I also tried calling and not only was there no answer, but the call ended with a long screech on the phone. I wish I could give zero stars because this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. You should be ashamed.
We came here during business hours on a Wednesday and the lights were on but the door was locked no one would answer the phone several customers came in couldn't get in
i got my ears pierced here and they closed after like a couple days of not wearing them and they scarred. very very unprofessional. girls there have zero training. find a professional

Came by at 12:40 pm on a Wednesday to grab some earrings for my daughter's Easter basket and they were closed. Seems like the normal as I was browsing other reviews. Maybe staff just doesn't come to work?
I got my ears pierced again after they had closed up 7 years ago at a different piercing place. McKenzie answered all of my questions about getting pierced again, what studs I could choose best for my budget, and was super informative and patient with me. The piercing process was excellent and I definitely will be getting my doubles by her!
