I just paid 266 for balloons that were never delivered!! Owner said she made them, but they were not delivered to my sons graduation party! The ones that were— were not worth having delivered, they were fewer than I imagined, all almost out of air, before our event even began. I do not recommend you use masquerade - there was “zero” value and imagine missing 3 table top arrangements, and owners reply to my request for a credit on undelivered items; “I made them myself, and loaded them in deliver persons car”, ... but we never received them!!!! Total waste of 266 ...... steer clear of this company!!!

I called from out of state to have something special delivered for my nephew. Bethany went completely out of her way to help me! She went out and selected the items I requested for his get well package that I wanted to send him. She was extremely professional, friendly, and communicated with my every step of the way. I was and still am so grateful for her kindness and assistance. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for helping me make my nephew feel so loved and special.
