Antonio at enrollment was good. They asked for a review at the end of the call and some how the call was dropped! Prices changed wickedly from 87-262 a month but damn! Such is life

They suddenly changed my premium 350/month without asking and charged my bank. I called up and they said my immigration status has changed, even though I’m not an immigrant. Then they said I could get the money refunded, but only when I do my taxes. Finally, after 4 hours on the phone, a supervisor said the charge will be reversed. Customer service is pitiful. They mess with your account and have no explanation for it, and don’t know how to fix things like this in a reasonable timeframe. They should be investigated. Horribly corrupt. Stay away if you can. Sadly, if you are lower class, you may be forced to interact with them.

All these complaints. It's govt health care. I have been using it and have not had any problems. Why?..... Idk... maybe I complete the applications truthfully and properly and read what I am getting into? The alternative for a self employed small business owner like myself is to go private insurance and pay an arm and a leg. Also, remember, the only ones who post are those who are not happy. I am sure there are many out there who are very happy with the insurance.

I did my application over the phone to renew my insurance for 2021 and the woman clicked Yes when the application ask if you’ve been incarcerated, she never even asked that question over the phone. They said it was probably “by accident”, but that accident caused me to be without insulin for 4 days because they instantly shut off your insurance and have no help lines over the weekend, and don’t really escalate your problems when they are life threatening. Worst insurance ever.
