This is not a review of the food in the restaurant, it is about cognitive bias as I was refused to eat at this restaurant. I was staying very close to the restaurant Schnitzy, and had passed on my way from the train station, as well as when I took a walk to the city centre, I had checked out the menu and also checked great reviews. After touring the city, my wife of Indian origin and myself decide we would have our dinner at Schnitzy, we arrived at the Schnitzy at 17:30 to learn they open at 18:00 so we waited it out. At 18:05 we approach the restaurant and was told that they was full tonight, so when asked about reservation I was told it was not needed, they were full tonight. Me and my wife went to the train station and had our dinner, on the way back to were we stayed, we past Schnitzy around 19:30 and the restaurant was empty except for a few people standing in the bar. This meant from my perspective that we could have been let in, have our dinner and enjoy the food that was raved about in the reviews. My issue here is that the restaurant #Schnitzy did a cognitive bias decision to not let us eat, on what criteria age, how we were dressed, race, sex I'm very curious to know?

Il mercoledì (forse anche altri giorni in settimana) ci sono dei menu molto convenienti. Cibo di qualità e porzioni generose. Grazie tutto buono :-)
Un posto dove mangiare della buona carne svizzera, senza spendere un capitale. Consiglio di chiedere per i menù, perché consentono di spendere una cifra fissa per un primo e un secondo. Le porzioni sono decisamente abbondanti.
Ottima accoglienza, ottimo posto, ma soprattutto ottima la qualitá/prezzo. Molto cordiali e ben preparati. Fanno sentire a proprio agio! Complimenti ragazzi, prima volta che veniamo e non sará di certo l'ultima!!
