I absolutely lovessential and trust this jewelry store. I bought my daughter a bracelet and earrings. This is also the store where my mom bought me and my little sister our bracelet 3 years ago and it hasn't changed colors or anything! The guy who runs the store is really nice too.

This jeweler damaged my wedding band. Stay away! My platinum wedding band is too loose and I'm not ready to have it resized so I stopped in to C & R to explore my options. Without asking me any questions about the ring, the jeweler takes it and puts rough metal ring guard on. The metal edges of the ring guard were painful and I was concerned about damage to the ring. He agrees that it will do damage but says there is no other option. He agrees that it will damage the ring but he puts it on anyway? I ask him to take off the ring guard. When he hands it back, there is a deep scratch in the ring. Platinum has a natural patina and this not that. It is a deep, rough-edged scratch. I now need to get the ring polished and I'm certainly not going to use this jeweler.
