I wouldn’t go back to this jeweler if it was the last jeweler on this earth. I walked in and told Ben that my diamond is loose and needs to be tightened. I was also very clear that I didn’t want my diamond out of my sight. Nevertheless, Ben proceeded to manhandle my ring, bringing it back to his bench and completely butchering the prongs. Ben had the audacity to tell me the person who set my ring in August on 2020 did a bad job, then went and totally distorted my prongs making them uneven and putting DENTS in them!!! Are you kidding me Ben?? I was way better off before I walked into your store on Sunday. Now I have engagement photos on Friday and I am nothing short of upset. Waste of my time. You ruined my ring.
