They finally have a section for Plus sized clothes in-store! Went in and bought a huge soft sweater. Salesperson was very nice, she showed me their selection of perfumes and when I said I was a budget shopper she offered to help. So nice, will be coming back.
I went to the store just to check the sales rack. The store wasn't busy, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate that was at the cash register. She then came to me with a fragrance sample to have me smell it, she asked me if I needed help. She talked to me about the sales. She was incredibly helpful and warm. She even started helping me find sales deals. Her name was Sarah...i had to ask her for her name bc I wanted to write a review after my AMAZING experience. What a great employee. Thank you Rue 21 and most of all Thank you Sarah for your outstanding service
The staffing is always so helpful and charismatic, and a great place if your looking for a new style or a great gift on a budget. If i could give another I would!
