I stayed there last summer in the Pearl. I had such a fantastic time. Lisa had left little details that made the place serene and warm. The small touches really spoke to how she experiences the Island and hopes that you do too. The beds were cocoons and the wee little cabin offered just what I needed. It is magical!

Hi Lisa, we are now back in the U.K. and with fond memories of our stay in Moonshell Cabin. We had a fabulous time. The cabin was so special and we were aware of how much detail you have put into furnishing it. The location was special and we had fun beachcombing and birdwatching. We would just like to say thank you and wish you well for the rest of the year, kind regards, Maureen and Trevor

Beautiful Beach. Booked 3 nights, left before first night as the water for showering and cleaning broke. Cabin and dishes need cleaning, and the kitchen needs to be repaired. Needs easier contact for when a problem arises. Told us no water was acceptable and no refund offered when requested. I would request a walk through before booking.

Just returned from a lovely stay at North Beach Cabins and will definitely be re-visiting this beautiful rare and rustic gem. I want to thank Lisa for her excellent service and provisions and being so gracious and accommodating with all the arrival and departure difficulties. What a little piece of heaven. The cabin was absolutely adorable--such creative and welcoming touches. Being off grid is not for everyone; but it was just what my family (and dog) needed to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. A chance to re-connect with ourselves and each other. What a treasure find. There is magic in this place.

I stayed here with my wife for three nights. We would not have stayed as long, but would not be offered a refund so we didn't have a choice due to the no refund policy. When we first arrived we noticed the cabin was not in as good of condition as advertised on the website. Also, the out house was nearly full to the top, the garbage cans were full to the top, and the recycling was full to the top. The hand towels and dish cloths smelled bad. When we brought up this issue with Lisa, she said "well what do you want, for them to smell like bounce". I asked if the bedding had been changed over and she said the question was "weird" and left. I didn't think it was weird since nothing else was replaced or cleaned properly. I don't mind living off the grid for this price - about 125 per night, but I expect the service, cleanliness, and quality to be very good. Other options are much better, like staying in a B&B or hotel for less. The recreation site down the road has camping for free in the off season but your living area and toilets would be more clean, and the garbage taken out at least. The host was unaccommodating and rude. The location near the beach was beautiful though. But you don't have to deal with Lisa to enjoy it. Please don't stay here
