Bought my Tahoe from Stokes Hodges Ford...1st mistake..its a 2016 and only had 48k miles...it looked practically brand new..so I traded my truck, a 12 GMC. When I bought it, it was like in the 30s outside..my mistake not checking a/c. Next warm day i tried a/c and it wouldn't cool. Went back to them and salesman was like \dude..you bought a used vehicle\...that upset me..so after much haggling..they took it in to check it and was just going to charge the system...thank God..the mechanic was honest enough to check into it a little further and found a recall and recommended I see Justin in your service department. Justin was absolutely awesome and got me fixed up in a timely manner...feel like I made a new friend with Justin. He is very good at his job and this is probably going to be the only dealer to touch my vehicle again. Thanks a million Justin
