Van and his staff produce high quality restorations and have excellent customer service. Van is always available to answer any questions we may have and provides prompt service. We have been blessed to find a lab this great in Austin.
Our office has used Mastertech for the last 10 years and we have been very happy with Van’s services. Our crowns fit well and rarely need any major adjustments. We’ve rarely had problems. Van also accepts Itero scans- so our cases come back even quicker now. We appreciate that he also gives us feedback when he sees issues. He is very open to suggestions and feedback as well.
