I came here over big name mattress companies to support local, and I am so glad that I did! The customer service was fantastic, Ken was so nice and did not try to sell me anything out of my price range. Received a super comfortable medium-firm mattress the next day, no more back pain and actually slept through the night for once! Will be back again.

I purchased a mattress & frame from this company years ago and received an amazing deal and customer service that went well above and beyond expectations from the owners at that time. Went in a couple of months ago to browse and had the pleasure to meet the new owners who demonstrated the same attentive, but not pushy service. Earlier this week, I had the very simple plan to take a double mattress & box spring up to storage and retrieve my queen mattress and plywood (frame already purchased elsewhere and set up, but not the platform I was expecting, hence the plywood) and the universe laughed at my simple plan. First discovered the plywood used previously on the bed must have fallen off the moving truck when I placed items in storage a couple of years ago. So now I have a frame that doesn't support just a mattress and just a mattress. I called up these folks about 11am and asked if they had a queen box spring and was there anyway it could be delivered that day. They had two, a full size one and a split one and yes it could be delivered that afternoon. I chose the full, paid over the phone and they delivered it about 1:30. Five minutes after assuring the driver help wasn't needed to get it down the stairs, I discovered it would not fit down the stairs, by a freaking inch! Called the store back, hoping to catch the driver but too late. Made arrangements for the split box spring to be delivered, they adjusted the bill for the difference in price, did NOT charge me another delivery charge and by 4:30, I had the split delivered, the full taken back. They even called before delivering the split to ensure the frame I had would support it. And all this occurred in the pouring rain. This is the only place I will buy my bedroom stuff ever! (Including frames to ensure I get the right one!). Thank you Ken & Karen for getting me out of a pickle!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. They need to update their practices for dealing with customers and delivering mattresses. 600 dollars down the drain for my mother. After she had a stroke she didn't remember she bought a matress till she found the receipt unfortunately 3 yrs later. But they don't have any records on whether the matress was delivered or not, so they said there is nothing they can do it'd be considered an abandoned item. I wouldn't waste your money with this company. Very rude, no integrity... All in all they are crooks. There are better places and prices out there.

Knowledgeable with no pressure made shopping here a pleasure. They also have the best deals on a mattress in town. Definitely recommend.

Poor customer service. Bought a mattress with a mattress cover. Upon delivery, no mattress cover and no explanation to why it wasn't delivered. Called to ask where it was, they said it would be in the next week and they'd call us. A week goes by and no call, so we call again and they said that it wasn't in again and it should be in the next week and they'd call us. It's been a month now since I first purchased everything and no call. Went to the store as we happened to be on Lansdowne and the guy said they were in but didn't say why nobody had called us. We live across town and rarely make the trip to Lansdowne but he wouldn't give me the cover because I had not brought the receipt. To pay 70 for an item and not be given it or be given the time of day to follow through with simply calling is beyond frustrating. I shouldn't have to consistently call and chase you guys down to receive the product I payed for. I decided to just buy a cover from Amazon for a better price, get it the next day and go get my money back from this store. Was told to come back Tuesday because only the owner has the authority to do refunds. This is some of the worst customer service I've received. If you take a customers money, it is your job to ensure they receive the product otherwise that's just stealing. I have a sneaking suspicion when we go in for the third time on Tuesday, they won't refund me. I'm incredibly frustrated with the entire thing. Update: Manager never apologized and told us we were lying when we said the staff member said that we could get a refund. Refused to refund me. Putting in a complaint with the BBB
