I got locked out of my car on a cold day. Called them up for my first time ever, they were there in 20 minutes! The secretary was very nice & Jeremy was very quick getting my car door open. Definitely would use them again!

5 Stars with my big 5th missing Is only because I was notified already left in the entire middle of the situation, a friend of a friend, waiting for an hour n a half under the impression Suffolk County Locksmith was called, he was not, had it been her 1st call was having landlord tenant issues with Court for Landlord's & tenant court is not available for eviction while NY hold is in place. You are so allowed to get in your apartment, nobody ever said stop paying rent, with my advice, pay for your responsibilities, your either effected, or not. I am not looking for karma nor miss represent my intelligence by educating the wrong people.
I bought a used Land Cruiser that came with only one key that barely worked, i needed a reliable set of keys. After going to the dealership which wanted my first born and another locksmith who I did not choose, I went to the Suffolk County Locksmith Shirley store and the locksmith there was able to make a master key from a cylinder that I brought in that's old school stuff and is hard to find nowadays. I visited the store a few times so far to get a key programmed, and then bought a remote key and had it set up, from the office ladies to the two locksmiths i dealt with everyone there was polite and professional. Highly recommended.
We had a key snap off in a lock at the family home we were in the process of moving out of and found these guys online. I called and they promised to have someone out to the house on the same day. Less than an hour later, Jeremy showed up and fixed not only the jammed lock but an underlying problem with the door as well. He was professional, quick, and gave us a really reasonable price. I couldn't recommend a better service, particularly in the middle of a stressful move.
