Was able to negotiate the out the door price online. So I just had to sign the paperwork when I got to the dealership. They also left all plastic covers on like I asked them to. Overall a great buying experience and would purchase again through them. 5 star all the way around.

This was my first time buying a car for myself. My experience at Mastria couldn't have gone smoother. Bruce was who helped me and he really seemed to care about what i was looking for. He was very up front and genuine. He was true to his word and was very good about breaking down the entire process of buying a car. The whole place had a family vibe to it and everyone seemed trustworthy. I went to a few other dealerships before Mastria and have to say that this was the only place that made me feel like they weren't just trying to take my money. I'd absolutely recommend them.

I was looking to buy a WRX for my son. Visited many other Subaru dealers but they didnt feel like a good atmosphere. Everyone seemed pushy and judged me on way I came in dressed. I usually dress like a bum on purpose just to see how I would be treated. Bruce was great from start to finish! I came in he fulfilled all my needs. Kept his promises to me, which nowadays is very hard to find a person who does that. 2nd car I bought from Mastria. 1st was a Kia. The dealership is great!! No pressure at all from Bruce. I was in and out with the car in only a couple of hours.i would definitely recommend Bruce and the team at Mastria. My son loves his new toy. Now he can match my toy!!. Thanks Bruce!!

Had a wonderful experience at Mastria Subaru. Working with Joe Wilkerson and Bruce Grabet was very straightforward and they treated me like family. Bruce assessed my needs and helped me make an informed decision without ever pushing features I didn't need. They really went the extra mile (pun intended) to find me the car I wanted, with the features I wanted, in the color I wanted, at a great price. I would highly recommend working with Bruce to anyone.

I am not someone who cares about my car normally. My car needs to have 4 wheels and get me from Point A to Point B. I DESPISE car shopping most of all. Normally when I go to dealerships, I feel like I need a shower after talking to salesmen. Mastria is a whole other world! Spencer sold my sister her car about a month before I was rearended and my car was totaled. I didn't know where to begin or how to handle anything; I also was not sure what kind of car I was looking for. Spencer was informative, professional and super friendly! He constantly stayed in touch during the process of buying my car so I always felt well informed and in the loop. He cared about what I thought and what I needed. Spencer has been awesome and I cannot say enough nice things about him. The team there made everything work for me and I am over the moon with my brand new car. Driving is an experience and I love every minute I get to drive now! I tell everyone I know that they need to buy from Mastria when they're in the market!
