This place recieves funding from government grants AND gets tons of donation money from philanthropists. They still charge patients on what they call a sliding scale which ends up being about the same as other dentists. Total scam. Low quality dentist rejects. They will bill you forever. Garnish your dividend. They are making so much money getting paid from 3 different sources..should be prosecuted..FRAUD
I can't believe this place is still in business. I called in reference to a huge emergency question needing guidance and the women on the other end was chompin' down on some food while telling me, \ doesn't sound like a big deal to me.\ And, extremely sarcastic! It was of the utmost importance. Please stay far, far away from this useless, uncaring place.
I have been going here for 3 years now, every 6 months and I must say that the staff is an awesome group of folks and I have never had to wait more than 5 min in the waiting room. I had 1 problem besides my regular blood pressure issues, see I don't get sick I'm just a lucky guy and it's always been that way up till this past march. I could not stop vomiting and dry heaving for 6 days and I don't do hospitals etc. My girlfriend called my DR. At matsu health on the 7th day and my DR. got me on the phone and talked me into coming in. I did of course..still dry heaving all the way. Within 5 min of showing up they had me hooked to IVs and had my vomiting under control. This meant a lot to me because my girlfriend of 8 years has been through many hospital and DR. office visits in 3 different states and she is never treated with respect the way I was there at matsu. Since this incident she of course has a DR. At matsu health. They could have blew me off and said go to the ER but they didn't and I am forever thankful to the Doctors and nurses. Thank you again DR. Susie Dillon and the awesome staff for fixing me up and not sending me to the ER where I would have lost my credit rating due to an outrageously large bill I am sure!
