I rang to ask if they had a particular pair of girls sandals, the young lady checked, yes they had them, she said she would put them on the customer services till - 10 minutes later I picked them - lovely sandals. Best service. Thank you Matalan Bridgewater
I've only been to Matalan twice very recently and as well as having a large selection of men's and women's clothing, underwear, shoes and much more it also has the best air conditioning system in my opinion! The shop assistants were very helpful and friendly on my second visit....
The lady was very nice. Had the time to sort out a reward card. Wasn't rushing at all. Music isn't my thing. Car park has lots of space. Got some nice pillows which weren't to expensive. Needs more photo frames in there. Towels to expensive. Children's range is good. Lots of bits and bobs for the kitchen. Would go again.
I was looking for some leather boots. They didn't have the required size. To find a staff member on the shop floor was also a challenge. Once I found two ladies (one of them looked like the manageress) they lacked the knowledge about their product. I asked whether particular shoes were made of leather “they are not unless it says on a label“ was the answer. In summary not a very bad experience but customer service certainly needs some improvement. I felt more like a nuisance than a customer .
