We bought a washing machine in November, we contacted them 3 days later as we noticed that the machine was broken from the outside and wasn’t working properly either. We are now in February and media markt mataro refuse to change the washing machine. I have picture of it during the installation and we can clearly see something is broken, as we do not speak well Spanish and the transporter arrived very late at night we did not see clearly the issues, on the day. Even contacting them 3 days later mediamarkt is saying they have done nothing wrong. avoid this company at all cost. update: After 2 months of back and forth they finally replaced the washing machine. Don't despair if you're in the same situation.

I bought a mobille phone Samsung I had a problem, cause some app was overwarming the phone. So I was to the shop, the mobile was in guarantee. They said me that considering I had a small defect in the screen I had to pay the whole reparation- 108 euro. But this defect was 6 months earlier When i told to the customer service of the shop in Mataro in Spain, a boy from mediamarket said me they never trust the customers. I was very surprise to hear that. I never will buy more in a place where i don't trust them, my little boy. I will buy in amazon where if i have a problem they repair me the phone and do not miss respect like they do in this mediamarket

You can find almost everything... but i tried to print my photos here... only 1 computer is working, and too many people are waiting in line... while there are 2 more computers are not working but they don't care about them. I didnt like this.
It has everything you'd expect from a MM, and it's really conveniently located with the inside parking lot. Easy to access from there. Not so much from the one outside since you don't even park anywhere near the actual shopping centre.
