MHE has been amazing to work with, they have been excellent with customer service. When we have been in a jam just one phone call and they bend over backwards to make sure we can keep going. Recently upgraded hilos and floor scrubber and Chris Chapman is our sales rep and I can’t say enough about how great he has been. Not your typical pushy sales guy, he finds what fits your needs and gets you the best deal possible. Love the brands they carry also, we love our new Clark Hilo and the Kärcher floor scrubber is amazing, we are a automotive plant with stamping presses and cnc. Our floors get covered with steel shavings, oil, pieces of pallets and the Kärcher floor scrubber handles it like it’s nothing. I don’t normally do reviews but working with MHE the past three years warrants some praise!

The personal attention you receive throughout is above and beyond. Most recently, we have partnered with them to renew our Toyota forklift fleet with brand new Clark lifts. Great fit for our operation. Chris Chapman's knowledge and motivation made the change an easy one for us. When you need something, Chris will get on it and take care of you.

We purchased a scissor lift for our business several months ago. The lift came delivered by an experienced and well mannered driver who unloaded our reconditioned lift with great care and precision, at the scheduled time. The unit looked like new and ran like new but after a couple of weeks we began to have some troubles so I called MHE. I was surprised on how courteous they were in addressing the problem and shocked when they showed up the same day and were able to solve the problem. What can I say, fantastic service all the way, thanks, MHE!
