I don't usually try out new salons for getting my eyebrows done because they have always been uneven so I stick to my regular ones to avoid any further mistakes with my eyebrows. Monika, in this salon, is super talented. She assured me that my eyebrows can be corrected and her confidence made me give in to trust her. And today, for the first time I'm seeing my even eyebrows. I'm so happy and so so thankful to Monika.

Hello Sir/Madam I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience i had at Ns4 salon krishna nagar (Mathura)on 14-04-2021. It is appealing to whiteness an employees (please find an attachment on facebooK review. for their pictures. 1) They are charging more than the listed price. 2) Untrained employee has done my side lock and burnt my face.(extreme right one) 3 ) The girl in the centre told that she is the owner of the salon. 4 ) extreme left one told that she is the manager. 5) As per all of three girls, there was a fault with my skin type, But trust me your employee doesn’t even know how to do side lock with “Brazilian wax”. 6) In feedback noteback , “feedback comments” from 5 different clients were in the same hand writing . How it is possible?? I was shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employee’s actions . There should be one matured staff to control such actions. I trust that this is not the way that Ns4 does business and that you will mention my concern with all 3 of them about the incident. I am open to discussing the matter further and hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again. I look forward to hearing from you.
