Matrika Hospital is a very genuine hospital vr u get exact result of wt u want and no false promises no pressure for c section or anything acrdng to the condition Dr.Kalpana Alexander mam treats u the way ull already feel very comfortable wen u communicate with her she is more then mother rather then Dr my wife was admitted here for delivery vr outside many hospitals like challa hospital and all said tht she is critical vl undergo c section immediately but aftr coming to matrika for second opinion wowwwww tht was a drastic change nd diff vr my wife delivered normal for a healthy baby I suggest every one matrika hospital.

Time management is very poor. They don't give appointment on phone. Ask to come by 11 am. Doctor comes leisurely at 1 PM. Time taken for each patient is also abnormally high. In between the staff will be moving in and out. Not sure whether the Doctor is spending time on patients or doing her work. Doctor is knowledgeable, but the time management is very poor.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE COST YOUR ARE PAYING IN THE LAB FOR TESTS. Lab Technician charged me extra amount in terms of package and when I asked him the each test price it deferred and he refunded me the excess payed amount. So, I asked then only I got to know it was mistaken. But this might be with anyone. Be suspicious.

EXTREMELY POOR TIME MANAGEMENT! Everything is so unprofessional in this hospital they take up an entire day for something as simple as an abdomen scan, sadly my mother sister both like to visit this hospital for the main doctor kalpana, but I hate coming here everytime we visit here even for a simple thing I end up waiting hours and hours or an entire day most the time, hate this place. Its a nightmare when my mother or sister says they have to visit this dreadful hospital I know my day is gonna go all waiting while the unprofessional staff works at the pace of a snail.
