We sustained water damage in our Morning Room on the first floor and finished basement. Our public adjuster recommended that we call Ed Siger at Matrix which we did and Ed immediately came over to evaluate our situation and offered us options. Ed was very professional and answered all of our questions and explained the whole process. He then sent a gentleman by the name of Paul over to remove all the damaged material and clean up the areas. He placed large fans and humidifers to dry the walls and flooring. Paul was extremely friendly, hardworking, and professional. The whole time he was there he took the time to explain the process and kept us informed. I would highly recommend the team at Matrix Restoration Services for this type of situation

Ed did an outstanding job for water damage mitigation. I called him on a Friday and he was at our house Saturday morning to assess the damage. His crew was then at our house first thing Monday morning. He talked us through what he was doing and left the work area clean before they left. I highly recommend Ed and his company!
