This is the Inoue Go and Shogi factory. The Inoue family has been making Go boards for 140 years and Mr. Inoue himself carves the bowls (and I believe the boards). I think you may need to call ahead to have him open the store (I think they are not open by default). This store is very tiny, but is completely full of top quality Go boards, stones and bowls.
