Lovely little spot you can take the lakeline tourist bus to on their evening schedule. I recommend it if the sky is clear and you have some time. It was rainy every evening in Matsue, but I wanted to get the most out of my bus ticket and went anyway. Next to the road, so not quiet, and lots of joggers, but still cool.
People waiting at this spot all have nice cameras and professional equipments. I probably was the only one who took the photos with a handy.
That’s a romantic spot. Depending on the light and the clouds.
Make sure u come here when sunny, if not u wont see beautiful sunset...
