Matt did an excellent job in both estimating the maximum market value of the house as well as negotiating the sale with the buyers. He was also extremely helpful in bringing in reputable repair estimates. We moved out the house prior to closing and Matt and his team was great in watching after the property and ensuring everything went smoothly. Matt Anderson did a great job of helping us find a home in Charleston, SC. He knows the downtown market cold, and just as importantly, shares that information freely. We never had any problems contacting him -- day or night, weekends or weekdays. He showed great patience as it took us over a year to finally buy a home. He was extremely professional and made the paperwork associated with buying easy for us. But where he really went above and beyond usual services was helping us to assess the costs of renovations that were needed in the home and come to agreement with the owners on costs of repairs that had been identified by the inspector. I do not think we got a bargain price on the house, and may even have paid a little too much, but we got a house we can love.
