Great jiujitsu gym, very good energy and vibes. Been to a lot of gyms and this is my favorite. Other big pluses are they have classes all day morning noon and night and they they keep the place very clean without making you the student have to clean mats after class like a lot of other gyms

The coaches are extremely nice and very good at teaching Jiu Jitsu. All the coaches are experienced and know what they are doing. If you go here you feel like part of a family, they will all support you and be helpful while also helping you to become better at jiu Jitsu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a jiu Jitsu/ martial arts academy

This place is just awesome, everybody here is friendly and knowledgeable. My Kids started it and it already changed their lives now the whole family has joined the club because is not just a great tool to have if needed, it is also fun and a great workout. PS : Great environment.

My Son and I have been training at MLCFC for about a year now. They have a excellent kids program with very patient coaches to help step through drills and lessons whilst having fun. The Adult classes are fantastic. I have had a lot of issues in the past with mobility and the team welcomed me on the mat and never made it feel like I didn't belong there. When I first came to Matt Larsen's Combatives I couldn't believe the level of knowledge contained in a small corner of North Virginia. This place truly is like finding a diamond and all while maintaining a very family friendly environment. The fact that all the instructors have their own children in the program while having a large number of very well technically developed children who love training says a lot about the program. Don't miss the opportunity and come train with us!
