Matt worked very hard at finding competitive rates on some atypical requests I was making. All the while, he was quick to answer questions, thorough in discussing my specific needs, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I almost feel bad when I changed my mind on pulling the trigger on the policy he found - it was the lowest price/highest value of any competitive quotes I received elsewhere. I just decided in the end to self-insure. Matt was very gracious when I did decide to not go with the policy, but I know where I will go should needs arise in the future.
