I hired this guy to do my floors and gave him 50% advance to rent machinery for the job. This guy gerry jacob never started the job and every time I called or text-ed he had new excuses. Don't part away your hard earned money for cheaters like him.

I wish I could give this "business" zero stars. All Gerry Jacobs cares about is getting your downpayment then good luck getting this guy or anyone on his "crew" to show up or return to do the job. In our case he never finished the job, left a huge mess behind, including damage to trim and corners that we had to pay a contractor to repair. What should have taken a week took over 9 weeks and the job still wasn't finished. The quality of the work is so poor that it is going to cost us almost 2000 to fix the floor install job he did. Try getting a certificate of insurance....despite numerous requests he would not provide evidence of insurance. STAY AWAY and do not fall for his con.
