My friend's car needed a repair after camping at a nearby provincial park. Not knowing the area at all, we weren't sure what to expect but were immediately satisfied with the service we received. From the moment we arrived, they were right willing to help. We arrived on the Monday afternoon of a long weekend and explained that the car could not be driven until repaired. Although the closest replacement part was in Toronto (not even North Bay had it), they ordered it for us and it came in the next morning! On Tuesday once the part arrived, the shop immediately started to repair the vehicle, understanding that we needed to start a long drive back that day still. All of our vehicle-related questions were answered professionally. They went above-and-beyond in many ways! For that reason, I couldn't help but to leave a review. This is the kind of repair shop you hope to have in your community. Thank you again!

Acts like hes doing you a favour while he’s ripping you off wouldn’t recommend if he’s your last resort
Called Burt to repair an alternator. He acted as if he was doing me a huge favour by doing the job and had a poor attitude the entire time. He phoned me at 4pm to tell me he was finished and then called me at 4:05pm to ask me where I was because he “wanted to go home”. Unprofessional and pricey. Wouldn’t recommend.
I was camping at near provincial park and my car starter was gone so I called Brets auto next morning and I explain my situation to him he told me no problem you can bring the car I can fixed and he sand me towing truck took the the car to his shop and fixed the starter he did good job in the mean time that day I had to come back to Toronto from my camping trip 4 hours away from home I am glad he fixed my car otherwise I would’ve stuck there for three days with my family because it was a long Weekend thank you Brets auto
