The workers consistently short change you, while always messing something up on your order. But they will tell you to not pull up to the window so they can have better service times. Worst run Burger King I've ever been to

I went with my husband last week. Number one, it was hard to get in. The pavement was barely shoveled and very icy. We slid when pulling up to the window. Then the girl taking our order as well as her coworkers proceeded to stare into the car and just laugh at us? They did not give us a total or receipt. When we got home my Whopper Jr. was ice cold and my daughter's nuggets were hard. She said most of the time they were but she didn't want to say anything and she was hungry. This location has gone downhill and Corporate should come out and change the staff or close it.
Fast service. Customer service could be better though. Also, no matter what day or what time of day I go there, I can never get hot fries. Lucky if they are lukewarm. But this location is close, so I will continue to go back for the Impossible Whopper.
This place was closed before 12 midnight on Saturday 11/23/19. Its supposed to be open til 1am.
HORRIBLE customer service!! Very disrespectful children. The young lady asked my order at the window, while I was giving her my order she closed the window in my face mid-sentence. They never have receipts also. I asked for the manager, who was a child also. I asked about the receipts, she mentioned the truck keeps forgetting them. I'm always told not to pull up to the window when it's time for me to pull up, so they can have better service times. I only patronize because it's close to my house and to support my community. Will no longer do that.
