I love this Dunkin! Love it. However I never go inside because they are slower inside and tend to mess up my order in person. Their specialty is drive thru! Even if it's a long line, it moves quicker than lobby and my order is never wrong

Messaged them. Facebooked them... told them that their new fancy cups soiled the interior of my new car, stained my coat and clothes...and their reply back? They appreciate the feedback. The coffee may or may not be good, but if you're licking it off the bottom of the cup, it's no good to me. Shame on you Dunkin'. I hope you appreciate THIS feedback.
They're not all friendly, but my order is always right! So I won't complain!
So rude!!! The guy misheard my order and I nicely said it was incorrect and they went off on me, yelling at me saying I didn’t know what I ordered. Screaming he was done and giving me nasty looks in the drive through!! I just was trying to get coffee after a long night and did not need to be treated that way. Do not recommend this location at all.
