I wish there was a button with no stars. I ordered online after an hour I was told it was in route. After 45 minutes more I called again and was told it was delivered. I told them no it hasn’t because I’m here at that address still waiting on my food. I told the girl, I didn’t get her name but she had an awful attitude. I told her I would come and get, but now they don’t have any bread. So I paid for food that I didn’t get and I couldn’t go pick it up either. Furious!!!!!!!

Placed an order. Took 45 minutes so I called and asked why or cancel the order. Spoke with Destiny and her attitude couldn't have been worse. She basically blamed me for ordering during a busy time. She even started to talk down to me saying "there are other orders with yours so expect delays" talking all slow to me. How do you have people like this working for you?? Spoke to the manager and at least she was nice and explained things in more detail. Also the delivery driver wasn't wearing a mask. Never order again from here.

Delivery person was inside the store picking up orders had a mask over his bottom lip. His nose an top lip was exposed.
I've been ordering from this Jimmy johns for a while now always great service today I placed my order at 12:34pm my coworker also ordered and called them which they said we are under staffed I don't know what to tell you.... my food didn't arrive until 1:45pm and to add the delivery person spilled my pop outside of my office my sandwich wrapper was wet and sandwich a little damp he said i'll have to run back and get you another drink mind you I've already waited over an hour! not sure if I would order from there again.
