I didn't personally deal with anyone from this florist but my fiance brought me an absolutely beautiful bouquet of red roses from here in a red vase. The presentation was gorgeous.

AMAZING work. Sue is the best florist around for weddings or everyday needs. She made the most beautiful, affordable bouquets, boutenaires and wedding flowers for our special day. Plus she was the least costly also. She had an amazing eye for arrangements. All I did was show her my dress, girls dresses and any thoughts I had or preferences. She is super accommodating, flexible and sweet. I would highly recommend them for all your floral needs!
This place is absolutely amazing! I have received flowers as well as have sent flowers from them and have been so impressed each time.
They did an awesome job preparing two arrangements for a funeral. They definitely helped the day. I highly recommend them. Great customer service, they made the whole situation real easy.
I have been using Katula's for over 25 years. From prom flowers to my wedding and everything in between. They have always taken the time to understand my needs and delivered every time. My wedding was in Iowa and Sue drove to Iowa with buckets of flowers and made each piece there for freshness and they were gorgeous. I have never had a bad experience and continue to use them even though I don't live there anymore. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappoint.

I called this Florist because of the ratings. I was down right shocked and applaud at how they treat their customers. I live in another State and I decided to have flowers sent to a loved one, as a Birthday gift. I spoke to a lady on the phone that was Extremely Rude and Nasty! I asked if the bouquet could be sent in the Morning after the transaction was made, because she never asked if I had a time preference. She also, Never told me what time it could be delivered. I stated to the lady "Could, You just cancel the transaction because I needed the arrangement sent before late in the evening". She hung up the phone in my face. I called back to make sure the transaction was Canceled and she said very Ugly things and proceeded to hang up again. I called a 3rd time concerning this Transaction, I spoke with a older lady and she stated. I'm sorry you feel this way! She never checked to see if the transaction was canceled or not. This type of behavior she never be tolerated!! When you are a Business Owner your reputation is on the line, also how you treat your customers is Crucial. If you want to continue to Have a Business and it be a Reputable Business then some things have to Change. I Not recommend this Florist Company to anyone!!!
