I order a family meal, when I got to the window to pay for the food. They told me they only had dark chicken. Which they should have told me from the beginning and I would not had to wait n the drive through almost 10 minutes thanks a lot Kentucky Fried Chicken for not having whitemeat done. Just went over to Chicago heights location

I ordered a 3pc and the chicken wing was so small I thought they should double it or give me a bigger wing for 9.00 cashier told me to call corporate to file a complaint. Wasn't trying too . Its hard trying to do business in your neighborhood when the business dont treat you right. The manager has the authority to make your purchase right.
Food was as good, got this for my birthday for my family and I. Nice, chicken was really good and tender..
Waited til I reach the pick up window to tell me the tenders I order will be 20mins. Would have been nice to mention that when I actually order. That was this visit, no problem with most visits.
