Over the phone the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I can't tell anything about the staff on-site because they are unresponsive. The properties are beautiful but in my opinion overpriced. Again, that's just my opinion. You may think otherwise.

If you are build your home with Lennar calatlantic expect unfinished stuff when they newer gona be fixed like caulk uneven backyard with sinkholes and many more on it (see pictures )
