Never will be back. I brought my car from them but will never allow them to service it. They gave me a price and the changed the price . The manager did not have common decency to call me and try to fix the issue. I took my car to Joe Rizza in orland Park. They tell you the truth and try to help you the best way they can. I have owned a Ford SUV for over 20 years: Expedition and 2 Excursions. I only allow Sutton Ford to do maintenance on my Ford SUV. Excellent people, Jamie, Jillian and the entire Quick Lane staff.
