This Matteson location is not open to the public. I don't know when this changed. But unfortunately, there are no signs explaining this until you walk up to the door. Please update this information on Google.
We are new members and enjoyed our first visit. We received several gifts that new members receive and were able to compare prices to other stores. We look forward to returning soon. The staff was very courteous.
I really like being able to use scan & pay. But you can you it with items that have been reduced price and don't have a bar code. Then you have to stand in line. Otherwise everything went well at my last visit. Even found a really cute outfit for the kid.
Location is good. However, there is an area that I've had a problem in...Arizona Green Tea in the 23 Oz cans was carried at this location, then suddenly discontinued - I went to Mgt a few times, each time I walked away feeling that my concern meant nothing. Good P.R. seems to be almost a lost art in Corporate America.
Awesome store. Friendly and helpful workers. Clean and well stocked.
A great place to shop. Very convenient and centrally located for surrounding communities!!
The worst sams club I've ever gone to. The manager that was working on 02/24/17 at around 5:30pm was completely disrespectful and rude . She did not even pay attention to me when I was trying to explain what I needed help with. Really really unsatisfied business owner and customer.
