Tina is an amazing kind and knowledgeable person. She is always very courteous and helpful. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She always greets you with a smile and a warm hello. My family and I have been going to the Sears Auto Center in Matteson for years and throughout that time Tina has been and still is one of the most wonderful employees there. Sears needs more Tinas!!!!!!!
I deleted my Sears online account and will never spend another dollar at a Sears store or with Sears online after my experience at Sears Auto Center in Matteson. There is absolutely no communication between Sears online sales and Sears brick and mortar stores, and no recourse when transactions go wrong. Customer Service at Sears is nonexistent and staff is utterly incompetent. Take your money and go elsewhere.
Best automotive experience I have had since moving to Chicago (The hours of operation have been updated). I finally found a place that could provide quality automotive care, I had an alternator replaced and my wheels balanced there, they found out what was wrong with my car then took care of the issues correctly. They were relatively fast and cheap, they were also willing to tell me when I did not need to have anything fixed (saved my almost 100 when they told me my alignment was perfect). I now understand why the automotive center stayed open while the rest of Sears closed.
They aren't capable of making appointments properly. I made an appointment online and was called 20 minutes before the appointment only to be told they didn't actually have openings for that time(even though I was allowed to make the appointment). I rescheduled for later on the same day at 4pm. When I arrived at 3:50, I was told my appointment was at 3(even though I was sent a confirmation e-mail with 4 as the time) The cashier made it seem like I made a mistake when it's been nothing but their faulty system.
When I came into the store 2 nice ladies working in the front I had my service performed on my truck they did a great job they need some more help it took almost an hour to have for a simple service but they don't have enough mechanic so I do understand that but my experience today was good
Good place, long service for oil changes. 2 hours to be exact with a reservation.
This place is the best Sears I ever been to hands down , very fast and when I got my car back it felt like new again ! Great service and nice people. Love this place
