I had a great experience with this dealership on Friday, 2/19. I initially came in for a cosmetic repair on my 2007 Chrysler 300. When I let the intake person know that I planned to trade in the vehicle in the near future, he assured me that the repair would not be worth it and asked if I wanted to see a sales person. He set me up with John Buchanan, who was great. He did a thorough assessment of my needs and wants in a new vehicle and made recommendations based on that information. I never felt pressured and the dealership was able to meet my price point. The environment is very clean, they were practicing social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. Over all this was a very good experience for me and I left South Oak Dodge with a deal I felt was fair and a vehicle I love.

I bought a new Jeep at South Oaks Jeep and had an excellent experience. I'd recommend working with Ron Alassaf. We had a discussion about the car, he explained everything very clearly over the phone. I walked in and out with a new car within 1-hour of my arrival to the dealership. Ron went above and beyond the call of duty! He delivered the Jeep to my door in person and walked through all of the finer points on the vehicle!! 5 star service, for sure!!
Best experience I have had at a car dealership! John Buchanan and Fabian Diaz went out of their way to make sure I got my dream car and helped me obtain all the best deals they had available! As a military veteran I can honestly say South Oak is perhaps one of the most military friendly dealerships in the country; they take care of their vets by providing top notch service and great discounts. I visited several other dealerships in the area before I came to South Oak and was on the fence about the pricing but the customer service I service from South Oak/Fabian and John just made it easier to make the leap and purchase my brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited!
This review is for John Buchanan who assisted me in my purchase of a 2020 Jeep Renegade. I was skeptical about coming to the Dealer due to wanting to remain safe in this time we are experiencing. John was indeed helpful and made the transaction smooth. He went above and beyond to get the things I wanted in a new car. He brought the car to my home, allowed me to test drive it and was very patient with my concerns. He exceeded my expectations. I was happy to not have to sit in the Dealer for hours. In addition, John transferred my plates and sticker and I was very appreciative. A few months later I contacted John and informed him that I had not received my paper work on my new vehicle. I don’t know where to start, I went to two dealerships South Oak was the second and when talking with Fares I sensed he was being straight with me and he had amazing patience! Fares showed me all of my options for what I was looking for and while the exact Wrangler I wanted was not at the dealership, Fares worked hard and quick to locate the Wrangler I wanted in my price range, it even had a few extras that I did not think I would be able to find in my price range! He did not rush me while I worked to decide what I wanted to do and he went well above and beyond and I really appreciate it!
