I honestly cannot recommend Matthews Plumbing And Maintenance Ltd enough. We contacted them enquiring about our low water pressure & possible pump for our bathroom (mainly the shower). Terry Matthews kindly visited to give a free quote & recommended a shower especially for low pressure & also it being a gravity fed system, which would vastly improve our ability to have a proper shower like one in a hotel. His knowledge was fantastic & kindly gave a few suggestions which was lovely. We went for the Mira Platinum Thermostatic Digital Shower, Ceiling Fed Low Pressure System. Omg !! What a shower & makes such a difference. We also upgraded our taps every aspect was seamless. Terry arranged for his team to visit including an electrician to install the shower. Honestly what a fantastic team we had the pleasure of Matt & Sean who carried out the installation. They really worked so hard & did an amazing job. It was perfectly timed that even the electrician turned up to install a 3amp spur like clockwork. The communication throughout the job really was faultless especially during these unprecedented times. It was a lovely touch that Terry even got in contact after the work to make sure we were happy. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to contact again for any plumbing needs / emergency.

Matthews Plumbing are reliable, respectful and work to a high standard. Our shower refurbishment required multiple team members and trades to attend over a number of days. All of the team were polite, punctual and worked to a high standard throughout. The finished result was of high quality and they left the site clean and tidy each day, operating Covid securely throughout. The team from Matthews Plumbing were easy to deal with and communication was good with messages and emails for appointment bookings, reminders and queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Called Matthews plumbing for an emergency repair to a ruptured hot water cylinder At a rented property. They responded immediately and got the repair done and water back on for the tenants first thing the next morning. I’m exceptionally impressed and will be using them again in the future with no hesitation. Great job.

Unfortunately, the communication wasn't great, I was chasing on multiple occasions. I came home to the repaired work but my hot water still was not working, it was only when I called him, he advised I required an electrician. So, did I need all the installed plumbing parts to repair the job or just an electrician? I still don't know to this day, he won't answer. I have since had another plumbing company come in and resolved on the day.
