Front desk Robin, very rude, hateful and unprofessional. Her name should actually be Karen. Someone please retrain her and teach her very important people skills, and courtesy.

Had hand surgery 10/19/20 and had an excellent experience. From pre-op, staff check in, the nursing staff, the anesthesiology and AWESOME surgeon, Marcus Briones, MD. No complaints about this facility at all. Great being able to do it at on OP center instead of the hospital.

Not happy with how they dealt with my family members surgery, I was never kept in the loop with anything going on with their surgery, and front office staff was not helpful at all. I had issues receiving their phone calls, they didn't care and basically said it was my issue... Upsetting that they would leave a family member like that.

Place is horrible. Discharge nurse gave us wrong instructions on pain medication after surgery . Worst thing ever happened that after they discharged my son, who had a knee surgery, we went back home to find out that they forgot to disconnect the IV tube from his arm and kept It connected to his vein under his sweatshirt which they put back on while he was still under anesthesia and before allow us to get back in to check on him, so we didn’t see it till we went back home and had to take it out ourselves which is so dangerous but we didn’t have any other choice .
