Check the reviews on Trust Pilot! I ordered a Nicole 2000 glossy, quilted mattress - and received the cheap, inferior knock off, see the comparison in the pictures. I am not the first person to have experienced this. Attempts to have the mattress collected and a full refund given have been a joke! Court proceedings have had to be instigated against these cowboys. You have been warned! Oh and by the way - the actual pictures of my mattress have been removed - too late boys, the truth is already out there - written by an overwhelming number of customers you’ve scammed!

I wouldn’t use this company again, after buying a mattress in October 2018 the spring is starting to come through and after contacting them they turned round and said “post it back to us and we will look at it” so they expect me to pay for return post and also what do they expect us to sleep on while the have it
