I've had generally good experiences with this company, that is, until they damaged the vinyl siding on my home on September 30, 2019. I spoke to Matt the day of the incident. He said he would come over to check out the damage. Never showed. Since then, I've received no response through written communication, phone calls, or emails. I was essentially ghosted.

Can't say much of the service since I never got a call back after leaving a message. That kind of thing is one of my pet peeves - it's such a simple thing to make a phone call regardless how inconsequential you may think the job is. Perhaps saved myself some headaches seeing this is likely the protocol if you're already a customer.

Matt's Lawn Care has always done a great job on my yard. We have a large property and it's nice to have our lawn well cared for. Matt has also done some landscaping work in our yard and everything looks fantastic! This company has always been very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend!
