I contacted Matula Electric through the recommendation of a close friend. I had a portable generator I wanted properly hooked into my house electric. Every step of the way, from the quote to job day to final payment, was virtually effortless. They were altogether friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, flexible, competent, and efficient. I was especially impressed with Peggy in the office who bent over backwards to try to get me taken care of in a timely fashion. Equally impressive were the two gentlemen who met me at my house to do the job. I have a very tight schedule and they were waiting for me in the driveway when I arrived. As soon as I opened up the garage they quickly got to work with an air of quiet competence. Once I got my invoice for the work, I was happy to call in and pay them for the excellent service rendered. I have other projects in mind for my home in the future, and I know who I’m going to call!

Matula provides professional, quick, and friendly service. They have been in business for a long time and take pride in their work. They will get the job done the right way the first time. They have plenty of experience and knowledge and their prices are the best. I'll use them again for any and all electrical work I need done in the future. I'll also make sure all of my friends, family, and coworkers know about them if they need electrical work done too!

I called to schedule an appointment to have a 220 plug installed. First time ever calling and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. She simply stated that I would have to make an appointment. When I asked when that would be she said sometime in the middle of next week. I said okay so which day would that be. She said I don't know right now we would just have to let you know. Makes no sense most businesses you can make an appointment I wouldn't care if it was 3 weeks out but give me a definite date and day and time. So on that note I hung up the phone and they lost business and they lost my business.
