Definitely 5 stars from me today ️ Visited Westfield Spa today for the first time and I had such a fantastic day! I was made feel so welcome from the minute Marion opened the front door right up until I closed it on my way out! The environment is so relaxed and I felt so comfortable during my visit. My 2 treatments were fantastic, I had a back neck and shoulder massage and then a facial with head message - they were AMAZING!! We also had afternoon tea which was delicious and Marion catered to our all dietary requirements! Marion and Joan both allowed us the time we needed between each treatment and there was absolutely no rush when it was time to leave! What a positive experience today, cannot wait to come back xxx

Had the most amazing relaxing day here! The ladies where lovely nothing was a problem. Had time in the sauna then full body and head massage didnt want to leave. Finished off with the most amazing homemade lunch. Loved it!

A wonderful little retreat. Very relaxing and extremly friendly staff. We visited as a birthday present for my wife. Elevenses package. The treatment and service was great and some of the best cakes I've ever tasted. Thank you so much for making it a brilliant visit.

Surprise birthday presents from my children . On entering until leaving nothing was too much trouble. All treatments were fantastic. We all left feeling so much better and refreshed. Thanks again to staff we had an upgrade of lunch the girls gave us a complimentary bottle of fizz sandwiches and homemade cakes excellent. Would recommend this establishment to everyone plus looking forward to going back for more treatments. Would like to say a big thank you to the staff .Thanks Tricia

Always a wonderful experience at Westfield. A relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. I have tried a number of the treatments on offer and Marion knows her stuff! Always greeted with a smile and leave feeling utterly relaxed and pampered. Can't wait for my next visit, highly recommend.
