Just go somewhere else. This place is terrible. I recently brought my Windows PC in for repair. I pretty much knew as soon as I walked up to the counter that this place just wasn’t a true computer repair facility. So when I walk up to the counter there were two people sitting there, on their cell phones, and I actually had to say something to them to have them put them down. And then only one of them did. When I was handing over my PC they asked me if I had the power cord which is pretty standard for all windows PC’s and monitors. If they’re a real repair shop, they’ll have several of these laying around. Trust me, I’ve worked with PC repair shops in the past. They said they didn’t and I asked if they could check in the back....well the reaction I got was an eye roll, a huge sigh, and then the person slowly getting up and going back there. Obviously they were on a very important chat session or YouTube video on their phones..... At that point I picked up my PC and took it to Homeland Secure IT. Those guys were AMAZING

Cracked screen on Galaxy Tab A. Called several places. These guys had the best price by far. They ordered the part, installed it when it came in. Good repair, good service, best price around.
Jimmy is the best! He has amazing customer service and is always smiling. Each time I’ve had my phone repaired, he was quick, efficient and I had no post-repair issues.

I dropped my iPhone in the driveway and shattered the screen. It was 4 pm on Saturday. Digital Doc replaced the screen in 30 minutes at a great price. Highly recommend!
