Delicious, (relatively) healthy, and affordable. The regular bowl is huge- I probably could have made 2 meals out of it... I imagine you could definitely make 2 meals out of the large. Pic is of my regular chicken fresco chop, sub brown rice, add mushrooms and corn. Less than 10. The calories in the curry sauce don’t count, right?!

Words cannot describe the food and service received at this and all Tropical Grille locations. I tried something new at the suggestion of one of their friendly team members and I was NOT disappointed. I'll forever be a loyal customer!
My entire family LOVES this place! When a bunch of us are going, we get the family meal for 8... and sometimes two of those for family parties. With so many sides to choose from, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The food is always delicious, the restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly, and the price is very reasonable. Excellent value!! We will definitely continue to recommend it to people!
Absolutely delicious. This place never disappoints. Steak sandwich, fries amd fried plantains.
