Very respectful and clean environment it was a relief to see the attendant was wearing a mask. And there are vegan options (cherry limeade and lychee sorbet)!!! Thank you for a nice after-hiking treat.

Nice to finally be able to visit here, we like the fact it’s close by, since covid they are filling up cups and adding the toppings for you, clean establishment, friendly staff, gave 4 stars because there isn’t a ton of yogurt flavors to pick from and not a lot of toppings
Never AGAIN like if you have testers is for a reason. I had the owner watching us to see each & everytime. My first time too. Then the girl was purposely putting very lil of what we asked for in our yogurt. Like hello we are paying for the weight stop being so stingy. The owner made me feel like I was gonna rob the yogurt lol come on. Never again I rather go to the one in boil springs great place & customer service from the owner is great
This is a cute, clean place, but there are only about 12 flavors. They do have a wide variety of toppings, both fresh fruit and cookies, etc!The Decor is cute. They have a couple yogurts and a couple dairy free options. It was a little pricey, two small yogurts totaled up to over nine dollars. I would go back, but it’s not the best I’ve had in Greenville.
My wife daughter and I ate at Tutti Frutti today and It was great to start but when we picked up the cheese cake squares it had mold in it. Hopefully we didn't ingest the mold but I told the manger about it she refunded the money but didn't change out the cheesecake or even throw it away and sold it to a man who appeared to be with his three young grandchildren all under the ages of 5 to 6 years old I was disgusted and appalled and will never be a customer of their stores again To whom it may concern P.s if the cheese cake squares it had mold in it i wonder what else is old or not clean or has mold on it
They had no flavors and the yogurt was not good and the girl at the register try to make it as heavy as possible so we could pay more

Not much has changed with cleanliness or customer service since another review I saw posted 2 months ago. I wish I had read reviews before I brought my kids here. Bypass this location all together. It took forever for the girl to get to the front when we arrived. The floor was very sticky. The sides bar was dirty. She wanted me to wait for hot fudge after I’d already put yogurt in my bowl. When she opened the lid 5 min later, it had a lot of burnt chocolate on the inside. I decided to just do without and asked to check out. She seemed irritated by that. She had no personality with the guests walking in the door at all. I looked through the back door and the back kitchen looked cluttered and dirty. There were even containers of sides on the floor where I could see them. Those should be on shelving. I decided to check the bathroom out. Big mistake. Toilet was leaking all over and almost over flowed. I would have been better using a run down gas station bathroom. Hopefully we don’t get sick. I will never come back to this location again.
