I’m over the moon with the service I received with a very old and tired dirty water system on my customers Farm. We were right up against it with all the rainfall. After a quick call to Mawdsleys a site visit was arranged. The old system was able to be sprung into life much to my customers delight. A plan was put into place to bring the old system up to date. My customer and myself can’t thank the Mawdsleys team enough and would totally recommend this fantastic company.

I have never worked for such an unorganised company. They have no respect for their employees, overwork engineers on a low pay for work load. I was employed based on my cv explaining they would train me correctly to the needs of the job, I am a passionate engineer and put all my hard work into this company and they basically make you feel worthless. The whole company is scared of the boss and don’t speak up about how he runs the company ,virtually no one made me feel welcome. Unless you won’t to work in a company that cares only about money and hierarchy’s, I would run a mile! Thankfully I won’t be wasting my hard work and time here anymore. Good luck
The entire team a Mawdsleys offered and subsequently completed an exceptional service re an overhaul request from a DC armature unit . Throughout, communication was excellent and timelines where met. I have used Mawdsley Ber for over 15 years and watched them grow over this time. They have always been a very responsive in the motors they have overhauled for me and they have supplied very good quality motors to the Royal Navy. I will only use Mawdsley BER when my back is against the wall to get a RN ship to sea as the react very quickly to my request as they know the importance of my request. The few concerns I have had with Mawdsley BER over my 15 years have been addressed very professionally. I recently called them for a fan on a motor when I was away working on a RN ship and that fan was in posted to my hotel the following day a first class service. Highly recommend this company
